Q. What should I do until help arrives?
A. Refrain from running any water down the drains and disable any
water-discharging devices such as washing machines and water softeners, until

Q. How often do I need to have the lines cleaned?
A. Most people call for service on an as needed basis; however, good preventive
maintenance can minimize most sewer and drain problems. Call Mr. Sewer for all

Q. I just bought a new washer and it overflows the drain when
spinning out.My old washer never did that. Is my newwasher defective or is it a
drain problem?
A. You probably have a washer drain line with a lint buildup that can’t handle
the high pumping capacity of the new unit. Call Mr. Sewer for all your laundry

Q. Is there any way to determine the age of my toilet?
A. Look inside the toilet tank and you will see a date stamped inside the back
of the tank, also look under the tank lid, there is usually a manufactured date
stamped inside.
